Over 18 years of experience collaborating with others to create award-winning luxury home designs for our clientele. We target our focus for the designs to incorporate the land and its unique surroundings to complement one another. Whether it’s a series of majestic oaks, a babbling brook, golf ourse view, or scenic overlook, these are a few examples of features when considering the layout and arrangement of the rooms and spaces within the home to optimize the views looking out. This concept is what we consider one of the keys to creating a timeless design to be enjoyed by all who experience the home and its surroundings.
Working with talented builders, interior designers, and architects, we strive to bring accuracy in coordination and attention to detail to contribute to quality construction and the execution of the design(s). We offer 3D building design to help all working with the client and project to have a strong understanding for the direction of the project.
Our process begins with getting an understanding of the client’s personal style and vision for the project. We move forward generating a layout for the project on a survey of the land. The survey must include the unique features and locations on the land to aid in the layout and design. The design & build ‘team’ meets to discuss several different viewpoints and aspects of the project. The summary of this is shared with the client to decide if any adjustments are needed before moving forward. Upon completion of the design documents, the ‘build team’ takes over with the client.
We strive to create an enjoyable process for our clientele from the initial meeting to their move-in date. Beyond this, we hope to build lasting connections moving forward.
